As a Geologist, I've been noted as one of the best if not the best in my field, when it comes to matters of the world, I'm also very knowledgable. When I decided to purchase my first home at age 46, I needed to have someone I knew I could trust. And who is it I can trust above all others, me of course. So I didn't seek the advice of others, I called a number of realtors, all nice, knowledgable and willing to find me the home of my dreams but, Renee went a step past telling me what I wanted to hear as a layman. Renee asked questions about my experience as a home buyer. She gave me insight as to what to expect from her services and the market. Renee also gave me insight into the end game of my purchase and placed me with loan agent she not only trust but, has known for a number of years. I am by no means easy to please, but Renee has gone to great extremes to make me "A Happy Home Buyer". I would like to say, Renee is the most caring, thoughtful and educated realtor I have ever met or talk to. She was and has been a blessing in our lives! I never met her or knew a thing about her until in a bind and needing out. Now, I feel as if I've known her forever and she's one of my best friends...she was THERE! Renee is very on top of things and will do the job right and to the best for you. She's not out for herself she's for you, the buyer or seller, and she does her job right. Renee is not just a realtor or real estate person, she has college training and real estate background behind her...and that's more than most in the field can say.
